We ship anywhere in the continental United States.
Your item will be shipped within 72 hours of receiving payment unless the card
stock is out.
If the card stock is out, it takes 3 to 5 days for card stock to come in.
If this does occur you will be notified immediately.
Customer guarantee:
We are committed to bringing you the highest quality business
relationship solutions that contribute to your business and personal results.
Return policy:
No refunds or exchanges allowed. Please make sure you have
ordered the correct items and quantity. We print your company name on each
greeting card exactly as it appears from your order. Please make sure your
name appears exactly as you want it to appear on all your greeting cards and
that you have spelled everything correctly. Elite Concepts Greeting Cards

We gladly receive credit card payments online through
Company checks are accepted, however, orders are delayed until check
clears the bank.
